Shipping charges include Curbside Delivery. Delivery up or down stairs is not included. White Glove delivery is available in most areas - please inquire.

Goods will not be left if there is no one available to receive them. If goods have to be redelivered because no one is available on the agreed delivery date there will be an additional charge made

The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-6 weeks from the time of order. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability can be accepted for late deliveries.

If availability of an item changes, you will be notified immediately with the expected order timeframe. 

In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact us immediately. Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment due to damage of a particular item, as this will delay replacement of damaged merchandise. Any noted damage will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you.

Checking Goods for Damage
You agree to open all boxes and remove protective packaging and advise us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Any transit damage must be detailed on the carrier’s delivery note at the receipt of delivery. Our carriers will require that you sign for goods in good condition on delivery. 

All products sold are under 2 year manufacturers warranty.

Measurements, dimensions, size, shapes, finishes, colors and style are approximate. All are subject to change by manufacturers. Seller will not be liable.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 7 days for a refund less all shipping charges. All Items returned must be in original packaging or a fee of 20% will be charged to repackage for resale.

We must authorize all returns. Returned merchandise is charged a restocking fee of 20%

TN Sales Tax of 9.75% will be added to all orders shipped to a TN address.
